ECFジェットによる圧力を用いたマイクロアクチュエータ

Tube-type:ECF-jets are produced between rod-type electrodes by applying high voltages

電界共役流体(Electro-Conjugate Fluid, ECF)は,挿入された線状電極で直流高電圧を印加すると電極間に活発な流動(ECFジェット)が生じる機能性流体です.このジェットの圧力をソフトアクチュエータの駆動に応用しています。
このアクチュエータには3種類あります.
