油圧駆動6軸マニピュレータのロバスト制御

Paralell 6-links Hydraulic manipulator (motion base)

配電作業用バイラテラルマニピュレータの駆動には操作性などの点で電気油圧方式が適しているが,絶縁材のためシステムの剛性が低く,十分なサーボ剛性を確保できない.そこで本研究では,マニピュレータの自律化を目指して、簡単な構成で実現可能な外乱オブザーバを用いた外乱推定補償形ロバスト制御法をマニピュレータ各軸に適用し,高精度軌跡制御、コンプライアンス制御、力制御などを試みている.また同手法の油圧ショベルへの適用も試みている..
