ECFジェットを利用したマイクロモータ

C-RE ECF Micro motor with 1mm and 2mm Diameter

電界共役流体(Electro-Conjugate Fluid, ECF)は,挿入された線状電極で直流高電圧を印加すると電極間に活発な流動(ECFジェット)が生じる機能性流体である.本研究室では,このECFジェットをロータの回転に応用した新しい原理のECFマイクロモータを提案,試作し,その特性を実験的に検討している.
