研究の目的および意義

「マイクロ液圧」システムを実現するため，機能性流体および機能性素材およびMEMSを応用したニューマイクロアクチュエータの創成および制御手法の開発を行ってきた． マイクロ液圧を応用して，マイクロモーションコントロールシステム、液圧駆動移動形自律ロボット、高出力流体マイクロマシンの実現を目指した。
